Dad, it's me Jack, I felt left out!

Dad,

You haven't forgotten me right? I didn't have time to write yesterday because I was swimming, and riding on my scooter, and playing with grandma and grandpa, and... well you know, I like to do stuff so that's what I was doing! Anyway, I am suppose to be napping right now but I got my hands on mom's computer and was able to sneak it in my room (and regardless of what Brayden said, this really is me... not mom!) So Brayden summed up everything we did last week but he left out a lot of pictures of me, so instead of writing, here are the pictures.

I love you dad, oh, and I'm excited to be a big brother, I kiss Sadie's tummy and tell Anabelle 'good night' before I go to bed... she's coming soon!

Hey dad,

I just wanted to let you know that I really miss you. I just thought I'd tell you a little about what we did last week (and it's not in order, I'm only 4 1/2 and my memory isn't THAT great... a little like yours actually!!!) Here we go... so we went to McDonald's with mommy's friend Ashley and her daughter Eli. We had so much fun. We ate cheeseburgers and chicken nuggets and played in the play land and got toys! Mommy let me and Jack have an ice cream (out of guilt and pressure because Eli got one) but she told us it was because we were good!
Then one night we went to a party that Grandpa's branch was having. There were hot dogs and hamburgers and candy and a HUGE swimming pool (mom wouldn't let us swim because we were already bathed and it was past our bedtime... can you believe we still have a bedtime while were on vacation?... sheesh mom!) there was also a fun tree house and trampoline. It was so fun hanging out with all the "single ward people"! I can't wait to grow up!

It was dark and the moon was big... oh and grandma wouldn't stop kissing me, do you think you could talk to her about that?

Then, because Anabelle got a shower and so much fun stuff, grandma decided that Jack and I should get a "big brother party", this was the greatest idea ever! A lot of my cousins were able to come and swim and eat and open presents, it was just like Christmas!

Then on Sunday mom dressed us up and took us to our old ward. 

So that's our week dad, it was fun but we missed you. Mom is obsessed with her blog and won't get the camera out of our faces but I guess I can live with it! Oh, and one more thing... when you get your note from Jack, don't believe that it's from him... I saw mom typing it up for him! Love you daddy! See you soon.

10 years later....

...and we all have husbands, and we all have kids, and we all are older, and we all are wiser, and we all have responsibilities, and we all are learning, we all are giving, and we all are taking, we all are trying, and best of all... we are all still friends.

Last night was "girls night out" and it was a riot. I love my friends, I love being with them and talking with them and sharing with them. My friends are a great support in my life and I am so grateful for them.

Some people come into our lives and quickly go.

Some stay for awhile and leave footprints on our hearts.

My little guys are my own personal superhero's! Brayden is sweet and sensitive just like his daddy and Jack is my little "manly-man" just like his... well I would hope not like me! I love my little guys!

Okay so there must be a first time for everything! I've been nagged, stocked and even threatened into starting a blog... so I'm trying it! I have to admit, it does look fun, but I'm so computer illiterate and it's somewhat intimidating when I read and see all of your blogs... jerks! Now time to try to add pictures!!! This is humiliating!
