Brayden's First Day of School

Okay... not so much! I'm totally busting myself but this really isn't Brayden's first day of school. His first day of school was right after we had just got back to Arizona with Anabelle. His first day of school we had no laundry done so I'm sure he wore something dirty. His first day of school his hair was so long I'm surprised they didn't think he was a girl named Brayden! His first day of school we picked up McDonald's on the way to drop him off and ate in the car because we didn't have any groceries. His first day of school he didn't have all his information in so the teacher called me and told me I needed to get it in or he wouldn't be able to come back tomorrow. Needless to say, I didn't really want to take pictures of Brayden's "real" first day of school... so here is my make-believe (to make myself feel better as a mom) first day of school! Brayden, we are so proud of you, you are getting so big!!!! Good luck!
New Shoes! (He wore old one's on his first "real day"!)

Oatmeal for breakfast! Look how healthy we are (no McDonalds here!)

  1. Let it be known. My wife and I are in disagreement about this day. A child's first day of school is the first day he starts kindergarten, NOT preschool. Brayden's real first day of school will be a year from now. That's why they call it "PRE-school".

  2. I love it Tice--I've been wondering where you've been, and don't try to use 3 kids as an excuse!

  3. Okay Jonny, it's on! You can highlight the PRE in pre-school or you can highlight the SCHOOL in pre-SCHOOL! Either way, it's his first day of school... PUNK!

  5. hee hee, that is too cute!
I agree with Tice... Preschool counts as the first day, although kindergarten will be a huge deal too... and 1st grade is their real first whole day of school... I guess any of them count. I can't believe Brayden is so big! (He is so handsome too)
    Did you cry Tice?

  6. That is so funny! Libby started pre-school about three weeks ago and I just took the first pictures today. I was going to post them as her first day as well! We are awesome moms!
