Okay so if you missed it, my last blog was about the Cardinal's and how our family got in the spirit of things for the big game. You will notice that in a couple of pictures I have my boys hair colored red down the middle. On Wednesday there was still some red remaining in their hair and as I was getting some house things done I heard the bathroom water running in the boys bathroom. I went in to see what was going on and when I asked them what they were doing they responded "we're getting the red out mom". I thought that it was harmless, they had their water and their towels and were rubbing away at the red so I let it go. About 20 minutes later I heard them playing in their playroom so I went in the bathroom to see what the damage was. To my surprise it was still pretty clean, except for the globs of hair that were everywhere... then I noticed the scissors. I yelled for the boys to come in the bathroom and explain themselves and when they walked in I just burst into laughter. This is how they got the "red out"...

Oh my gosh ! Im glad you were able to laugh about it ! Crazy kiddos !

ReplyDeleteYou got some great problem solvers there! I don't think I could have laughed it off, but at least they figured out how to do it themselves! LOL
ReplyDeleteOh my...the buzzed down the middle look is mighty fine:) Scary that almost every child has a picture like this!!! They are pretty creative :) And from your last post...holy cow that was a good game. I was rooting for the underdogs as well. Hey they almost had it...almost!!!

ReplyDeleteI remember when I was little and I was trying to put my hair in a pony tail but I didnt quite know how and there were pieces that hung out of it, so I decided to improvise and just cut those pieces off to make the pony work for the day...needless to say my mom did not laugh at me.
Love you
I'm going to tell you what everyone (annoyingly) told me on Christmas Eve when Laney cut her own hair (to the scalp) on the way to a party, "every child does it." Impisserating, huh?! Just because most kids do it doesn't make it less shocking. I hope it grows out fast. Sorry about that!
ReplyDeleteThat is hilarious! When washing doesn't work -- I guess you just have to cut it! Boys live such a simple life!
ReplyDeleteOh, I love it! Your boys are such problem solvers! I'm proud that you could laugh about it. I'm not sure I would have had the same reaction.
ReplyDeleteThey are retarded boys but I LOVE em'
ReplyDeleteOh, I feel the pain. But I have to say at least it is boys. My Adisin chopped her beautiful long hair off....so sad. I did survive. You will laugh about it later.
ReplyDeleteThat is hilarious. Your kids are darling TC. Even with bald patches all over their lil heads.
ReplyDeleteThat is so funny!!
